We would like to create a learning centre for global students for their excellency, not a place for exam prep machines. We like to invite many talents in different fields to train and foster our future elites. Internationality determines the midnest and visual views.

 

1. Teaching in accordance with one's aptitude: Change the rhythm of class flexibly according to the students'degree: For the students with lower degree, in order to consolidate grammar knowledge better, they can use more exercise books, while for the students with higher level, they should use exercise books appropriately, and spare more time to expand vocabulary, etc.

1.因材施教:结合学生程度灵活地改变上课节奏:对程度稍差的学生,为了更好地巩固语法知识,可以多使用练习册,而对水平高一点的学生,适当使用练习册,多腾出时间来拓展词汇等。

 

 

2. Teaching form: teaching can not stick to the teacher's lecture and students'listening. Diversified forms can enhance students' interest. For example, when giving basic lessons, for some grammar exercises, students can answer each other after they finish writing, discuss the mistakes in groups, or ask one of them to write a blackboard book and others to help him correct them. These are all methods that can be used in teaching. They can not only activate the atmosphere, but also deepen students'impression of grammar concepts.

2.授课形式:教学可以不拘泥于老师讲学生听,形式多样化更能提高学生的兴趣。比如讲基础课的时候,针对一些语法练习,可以让学生写完之后互相对答案,小组讨论错误点;也可以让其中一个写板书,其他人帮他纠正。这都是教学中可以使用的方法,不仅可以活跃气氛,还能加深学生的对语法概念的印象。

 

 

3. "Combination of lecture and practice": In IELTS reading, the explanation of some skills may be more abstract, and the use of "combination of lecture and practice, theory and examples" can help students better understand: first, theory, then with an example for students to feel, rather than all theories are finished and then with examples to practice, because in this way, students may not only absorb. Knowledge is not in place, and theoretical explanation may be boring.

3."讲练结合":在讲雅思阅读的时候,一些技巧的讲解可能比较抽象,而使用"讲练结合,理论加例题"的方式,能够帮助学生更好的理解:先讲理论,然后配上一个例题让学生感受一下,而不是所有理论都讲完了再配例题去练,因为这样的方式下,学生不仅可能吸收知识不到位,而且在理论讲解环节,可能比较枯燥。
